Transmission 1 — Entrer dans l'Art du Bol de Cristal Givré
Découvrir le bol de cristal, comprendre sa résonance et acquérir les gestes fondamentaux : frappe, frottement, mise en vibration, intensité, écoute du son et du silence.
Apprendre à faire véritablement chanter son premier bol.

Transmission 2 — L'Art de jouer avec 3 & 4 Bols
Passer d'un bol à plusieurs et découvrir les premières associations sonores.
Apprendre à écouter les relations entre les bols, les faire dialoguer, travailler les enchaînements, les nuances et créer ses premières harmonies de cristal.

Transmission 3 — L'Art de jouer avec 6, 7 & 8 Bols
Élargir sa palette sonore et entrer dans un jeu plus ample.
Explorer différentes associations, apprendre à se déplacer avec fluidité entre les bols et construire des séquences sonores plus riches, harmonieuses et immersives.

Transmission 4 — Pratique & Création aux Bols de Cristal
Réunir les acquis des trois premières Transmissions pour entrer pleinement dans la pratique.
Expérimenter, créer ses propres enchaînements, affiner son écoute et son jeu, travailler la fluidité et commencer à laisser émerger sa propre expression sonore avec le cristal.

Le Parcours Fondamental ouvre la voie à de nouvelles explorations et à des niveaux de pratique plus avancés.
À terme, un Niveau Expert consacré aux Bols de Cristal Alchimiques viendra prolonger ce chemin pour découvrir leurs textures, leurs associations et la richesse de leurs univers sonores.
Du premier geste à la création, le cristal devient peu à peu un véritable langage sonore.
